Blog Post Planner

If you are struggling with your blog posts it can help to plan them out beforehand. Pick a theme for a month and work on that.

Over at Productive Flourishing you will find a blog planner that is very helpful. In fact there are a couple of planners that you might find helpful. They don't give you topic suggestions but they will help you plan and track your posts.

Last time I was there the site was having a couple of issues but persist. It is worth it.

The planner is issued each month if you like to keep track during the year. There is a calendar and planner. There are other tools on the site, too, so have a look around while you are there.

Have you come across Cherry Mag yet? It is a free online lifestyle mag for women. It covers such topics as health, fitness, recipe, spirituality, beauty and shopping but it offers real content. Cherry Mag is still a lighthearted read but it isn't superficial.

Cherry Mag comes in three formats:
* a pdf download for those who like to print it out to read
* a page turning online magazine format for those who love to turn mag pages
* a website full of articles for those who like to scan things.

Five Tips

Information comes at us from left, right and centre doesn' it? I find it all too hard to sort through, sometimes. My bookmarks are out of control because I save those interesting bits of information so that I can read them when I have time. Time never comes!

Melissa, from Business Mums Blog, has tackled this head on with the introduction of her Friday Five. Friday Five is a series of small reports full of tips on different topics. Twitter

Have you tried Twitter yet? Twitter is a form of social media where you can interact with others online. It is unique in that you only have 140 characters to use each time you comment.

Lots of big names like Oprah and Obama have Twitter accounts. The idea is that you can see what they do throughout their day. You can get to know more about them and you also have the opportunity to 'talk' to them through your comments or tweets.

Making a difference

I found this clip at The Modern Goddess. It is a tale of how one man made a difference in people's lives. The film is lovely and worth watching. It runs for 16 minutes so grab yourself a coffee and take the phone off the hook. You will enjoy this simple but lovely tale.
