I really hate going for interviews. I know that it is an area in which I am not skilled. Even though I have a background that includes recruitment and conducting selection interviews, I am hopeless on the other side of the questions. Conducting interviews can be just as nerve racking for others.
The hardest part of the whole process is devising the right questions. Which questions will being you the information that you are after? How can you encourage the candidate to give you the answers that you want?
